Terms of Sale

 

The Terms of Sale are par of Gonda’s car detailing Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book with Gonda’s car detailing, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.

 

 

Payment Terms & Conditions

 

Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Gonda’s car detailing accepts cash, debit and, Credit Card. Any Card Declined will lead Gonda’s care detailing to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. Gonda’s car Detail will start a collection process 48 hours after getting the customer’s Credit Card refused.

Late Cancelation & Rescheduling

 

You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours before the due date. You can Reschedule for free 1 time. Any Detail Canceled within 48 hours with no reschedule is a 100 Dollar fee.

 

Satisfaction Policy

 

If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone(470-231-6210). The Pictures of the car area must be sent by email to the email listed   (gondamobiledetailing@outlook.com). Or they must be texted  to 470-231-6210. This must happen within 24 hours.
